Color Imprints Only
We specialize in printing 1 color imprints only and do not have an infastructure in place to accomodate multi-color imprints. Whenever possible, please convert your file to a 1 color version before sending it to us. Email us at sales@pencilprinters.com with any questions you may have.

Minimum Order Quantities
Our minimum listed on each individual product page is the absolute minimum order for blank items or for imprinted items. We do not accomodate requests for less than the mimimum quantity.
Non-imprinted Orders (Blank Items)
Please email us for pricing on blank items. Minimum order quantity (listed on each individual product page) is still required for blank items.
Payment Options / Methods
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, however, we do NOT accept Discover Card. We also accept company check, personal check, or money order. We do not process C.O.D.

Repeat Orders
We value repeat customers. We keep your graphic on file for a period of 1 year. If you are reordering a previous graphic, just let us know. A discount may be available to you.
Request Receipt
If you have received your order and need a receipt for record-keeping purposes, we are happy to provide a final invoice. Just email us at sales@pencilprinters.com.
Rush Orders / Rush Production

Standard Production Time
It varies depending on which products you order, but most products will be ready to ship within 1-3 weeks from the time the order acknowledgement is approved. This does not include time in transit however, which usually ranges from 2-5 days.
Shipping Methods
Our preferred standard method is UPS, although occasionally we use FedEx Ground. If shipping via an expedited method, we typically ship UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Air. Standard shipping is included in the package cost on the items we offer, but additional costs apply for expedited shipping.

Wholesale Pricing
Since we sell direct to the end user, we do not offer discounts for agencies, re-sellers, or ASI/PPAI distributors. All pricing on the site is NET.
